Indiana Fever and TEGNA Announce Partnership to Broadcast Games Locally on WTHR and WALV.

The Indiana Fever and TEGNA have reached an agreement to broadcast certain Fever games for free on WTHR and

WALV in Indianapolis. This announcement comes after the Fever’s groundbreaking 2024 draft and renewed

enthusiasm from fans worldwide for the team, which is one of the WNBA’s most successful franchises.

Fresh off an historic WNBA draft night and amid widespread excitement for one of the League’s top franchises, the

Indiana Fever and TEGNA, Inc. have partnered to air select Fever games during the 2024 season. Seventeen games

will be broadcast over-the-air on WTHR or WALV, TEGNA’s NBC and MeTV affiliates in Indianapolis, providing

central Indiana fans the opportunity to watch the team and its promising young players strive to return to the WNBA playoffs.

TEGNA plans to collaborate with additional broadcasters in the coming weeks to extend free access to all available television markets beyond Indianapolis.

The partnership between the Fever and TEGNA was facilitated and negotiated by Dan Granik and David Sternberg of

Range Sports, a Division of Range Media Partners, who have been long-time advisors to Pacers Sports & Entertainment.
