Nottingham Forest signs England youth international and former Manchester United forward to a trial
The most recent transfer rumours from Nottingham Forest state that the team has put 18-year-old Adam Berry on trial in response to Rangers and Celtic’s interest.

Adam Berry, a teenage winger for Manchester United, is reportedly on trial at Nottingham Forest.

The highly-rated young star, whose departure from Manchester United was announced by the player himself on social media last week, is being pursued by Forest in an attempt to get ahead of their competitors. He had joined the club at an early age.

Berry is currently on trial with Forest in an attempt to make an impression big enough to secure a contract, according to FootballTransfers. According to the report, teams like Blackburn Rovers, Celtic, and Sheffield United are also interested.

In the process of looking for a new club, the young player is rumored to have just switched agents. According to reports, he is currently employed by VWM Sports Management.

Berry, who made his debut in 2021 at the age of just 15, was a regular for United’s U18 team the previous season. Additionally, the 18-year-old has played for England at the U17 level, winning three caps in August of 2022.

The Scottish Sun first revealed in October that Berry had been on trial at Rangers, playing for the club’s B squad against Hearts B and Icelandic side Breidablik.

In his previous positions with clubs, Nuno Espirito Santo, the manager of Forest, has not shied away from turning to young players. Nuno made the Premier League debuts of fourteen different players under the age of twenty-two while he was at Wolves.

Among them were Pedro Neto and Ruben Vinagre, both 19 years old, who later became regulars at Molineux.

In the event that Berry moves to Forest permanently, he is anticipated to start off with the club’s young squads. But he will also be looking forward to the day when he gets a chance in the starting lineup.
