The Bills cannot afford a mistake against the enthralling Chargers.

The Buffalo Bills are aware that they are playing a team that, following its most recent performance, sacked both the general manager and the coach in an embarrassing manner.

The Bills, however, are adamant that they won’t be taking the Los Angeles Chargers lightly when they play on Saturday night in Inglewood, California, because they are anxious to make the playoffs.

With an 8-6 record, Buffalo is one of five AFC teams who, if the season ended today, would not be in the playoffs. The fact that the Bills behind the Miami Dolphins by two games in the AFC East further exacerbates the situation.

Josh Allen, the quarterback for Buffalo, stated, “From now on, every game is a playoff game for us.” “That is our way of thinking. Basically, it’s win or lose. We must be ready for every blow the Chargers may deliver.”

Sean McDermott, the coach of the Bills, has warned his squad all week about the consequences of not taking game preparation properly. The club has won their last two games.

According to McDermott, “it shows up rather quickly” if you’re not playing at your best. “And then you head to the buses with sour faces.”On December 14, the Chargers (5-9) were destroyed 63-21 by the Las Vegas Raiders, leaving a lot of angry fans behind them.

It was such a poor performance that the club fired coach Brandon Staley and general manager Tom Telesco the following morning.

Veteran assistant coach Giff Smith will serve as interim coach for the remainder of the season. He admitted the beating administered by the Raiders wasn’t fun.

“It was embarrassing to everybody involved in it,” said Smith, who was the outside linebackers coach. “I take that with me, since I’m the man in charge now. We’re moving past that.

“We have three weeks to show the character of the men and the coaching staff that we are, to go out there and compete. That’s what we’re looking to do, compete and try to win these next three games.”
