Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines Receive Bad News From SEC Analyst Paul Finebaum

While Michigan kept its perfect season alive with a 41-13 victory over Purdue on Saturday, the ongoing sign-stealing saga involving ex-staff member Connor Stalions continues to take unexpected turns.

The Big Ten has stated its intention to let the NCAA handle the situation. While the Wolverines are ranked third in the first edition of the 2023 College Football Playoff rankings, more information about the Stallion’s intentions could

completely derail the season.

The worst is yet to come for the defending Big Ten champions, according to SEC analyst Paul Finebaum, who has been around college football for over 30 years.

“I think it looks very bad for Jim Harbaugh,” said Finebaum. (With thanks to On3) “But what does bad mean?” Does that mean he’ll miss a few games? As long as Michigan remains eligible for the playoffs, you have to wonder what all of this is about. Because the school was gaining an unfair advantage, if all of these allegations are true.”

Finebaum stated that the conference is doing what is best for the other member schools in order to give each team the best chance to win every Saturday.

With under three weeks to go until Michigan rematches Ohio State for a potential berth in Indianapolis, the investigation remains ongoing.
