Super Bowl season, the team has been consistently mediocre. Despite a 33-35 record since Ray Lewis’ retirement, the club’s decision makers have been hesitant to change their coaching philosophies or front office strategy.

In his postgame press conference following the Ravens’ disappointing 26-9 loss to the Steelers on Sunday, head coach John Harbaugh doubled down:

If not, team owner Steve Bisciotti may grow tired of the sameness. The future does not look promising with the seventh-oldest roster in

the NFL and the fifth-least amount of salary cap space next year. If the Ravens fail to make a marketable improvement in the final three quarters of the season, a top-to-bottom regime change may be in their best interests.
