Dave Halprin: The Bengals are losing ground without Joe Burrow, while the Jaguars appear to have started their season. At home, give me the Jaguars by a sizable margin.
RJ Ochoa: It is really depressing to watch the Bengals and imagine what the AFC playoff picture may entail if Joe Burrow were healthy. Even though the Jaguars are a great team in and of themselves, this game is not as good as we had hoped when it was originally announced for primetime. Jacksonville will easily defeat me, 24–10.

David Howman: Against a team like the Jaguars, I’m going to find it difficult to choose the Bengals in any game they play without Joe Burrow. Although Cincinnati’s defence may pull this one out, the Jaguars prevail 24–17 in my opinion.
Brian Martin In this MNF game, the Bengals are already behind without Joe Burrow. Cincinnati doesn’t seem to have much of a chance this week when you consider that Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars are playing incredibly well at the moment. In light of that, I’ll choose the Jaguars by at least two touchdowns.
OCC: There are moments when I lament being in a time zone when the NFL’s late games begin at 2:30 am. Not right now. The Bengals without Borrow should be defeated by the Jaguars. Alternatively, they might not. In either case, I’ll be fast asleep. Jaguars to prevail.
