The December 23 “Day of Reckoning” card is one which has got boxing fans excited due to the sheer amount of star names set to make an appearance on the bill.
Two of those are former world heavyweight champions Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder who are looking to prolong their respective careers and have another run towards a world title shot.
But are the two heavy hitters facing each other in Saudi Arabia come December?
Are Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder fighting each other on December 23?
To the dismay of boxing fans, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder will not be fighting each other despite appearing on the same bill.
Joshua will instead be facing Sweden’s Otto Wallin, while Wilder takes on former WBO world heavyweight champion Joseph Parker.
However, if Joshua and Wilder come through their fights with wins, expect a fight between the two heavyweights to be a real possibility in 2024.
