According to multiple Italian media, Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis spurred a two-goal comeback against Milan on Sunday by chatting to his players in the locker room during the half-time break.
Napoli trailed Milan by two goals at halftime on Sunday, but goals from Matteo Politano and Giacomo Raspadori in the second half helped the defending Serie A champions earn a 2-2 draw.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport and Radio Kiss Kiss, Napoli’s comeback was aided by President De Laurentiis, who rushed inside the dressing room during the break to meet with Rudi Garcia and his players.
De Laurentiis sought to’shake’ the group and encourage the Napoli players for the second half. He also chatted with coach Garcia, who briefed ADL about his tactical ideas and probable substitutes, according to the newspaper.
De Laurentiis has done the same thing before, chatting to players inside the locker room.
Kalulu, a Milan defender, will be out for four months, according to reports.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan defender Pierre Kalulu will be out for four months after injuring his thigh against Napoli on Sunday.
This weekend, the French defender was taken off after only 18 minutes at the Stadio Maradona. It has been revealed that he picked up a lesion on his left thigh, which will necessitate a professional visit and, very definitely, surgery for the 23-year-old.
