Tennessee’s NASHVILLE (WSMV) — Detectives conducted a search of a Nashville man’s house on Friday morning and have since arrested him on allegations of child sex abuse.

The Metro Nashville Police Department reports that James F. Austin, 31, is accused of sexually exploiting a juvenile after discovering over thirty files showing child sex abuse in a cloud-based account connected to his phone.

After receiving a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, detectives from MNPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit started looking into Austin. Austin left his Meadowcliff Drive house on Monday and was taken into custody.

Detectives were assisted by SWAT officers in executing a search warrant at the residence and making the arrest.
