Saint Louis – Kyle Hiebert, a defender from Canada, has agreed to a new deal with St. Louis City FC that will last through 2026 with a 2027 club option.
Despite having a fantastic college career at Missouri State, Hiebert was overlooked in the 2022 MLS draught. However, he made waves with St. Louis’ reserve team in the MLS Next Pro league last year.
The 26-year-old from La Salle, Man., joined the first team in August 2022 and has played at both fullback and centre back in 31 games this season across all competitions. In regular season action, St. Louis was 15-7-2 when Hiebert was a member of the starting lineup.
In a CONCACAF Nations League match against Honduras in March, Hiebert made his senior debut for Canada.
