Attending the game on Friday requires redemption through Ticketek for all part-season members. Members of the part-season have received emails with redemption codes.
Please note that Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s matches cannot be attended with a Liberty A-League Women’s pass.
On game day, 4pm is the cutoff time to reach our administrative team by phone or email. Issues with last-minute tickets can be resolved at the box office.
ARRIVING AT THE GAME
You can travel free to and from Suncorp Stadium on all regular network-wide Brisbane City Council buses and Queensland Rail City Network trains if you have a pre-purchased ticket or a stadium membership card (excludes Brisbane City Council ferries, the G: and Air train services).
Bus stops are located on Caxton Street, Given Terrace, and Milton Road, and Suncorp Stadium is close to Milton station (500 metres away via pedestrian walkway to Southern Plaza), Roma Street station, and Roma Street busway station (1.14 kilometres away).
Two hours before kickoff and one hour after kickoff, shuttle bus services from Brisbane City, Carindale Chermside, Eight Mile Plains, and The Gap will run to Suncorp Stadium.

For over thirty years, Ronald McDonald House Charity (RMHC) SEQ has provided support to families of seriously ill and injured children. In the face of financial, emotional, and physical hardship, they assist families in remaining together with the help of amiable and committed staff and volunteers.
To help these families of critically ill and injured children who will be spending Christmas in their Ronald McDonald Houses, RMHC organises a Christmas Drive each year. BRFC has promised to support the drive by contributing items from their pantry and wish lists.
During Friday’s game, Roar supporters can drop off items from the Pantry List and RMHC Christmas Wish List at a collection point on the Southern Plaza.
During games, fans can use the secure Quiet Room, which is situated on the Level 3 concourse inside Gate A of Suncorp Stadium. More details
Features include: different areas with curtains for privacy, adjustable lighting, sensory items, cosy seating, a communication board and cards, and trained, supportive staff.
Location: The Quiet Room is located inside Gate A to the left on level 3 at the Milton Road / Southern end of the Stadium. If visitors require directions, they can ask Stadium employees.
