Juventus and Vlahovic’s agency will meet soon.
According to multiple Italian media sources, Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli will meet with Dusan Vlahovic’s agent, Dario Ristic, this week to negotiate a potential contract extension for the Serbia international.
According to Gazzetta and Calciomercato.com, Juventus is seeking to extend the contracts of many of their players, and after striking a deal with Nicol Fagioli, they are set to meet with Vlahovic’s agent this week.
Vlahovic’s current contract expires in June 2026, and Juventus are apparently negotiating a one- or two-year extension.
This would help the Serie A giants to reduce the amortization of strikers on their balance sheet as well as their wage bill. Vlahovic currently earns €7.5 million per season plus bonuses, but his compensation will climb to €12.5 million per season plus bonuses.
To better their financial circumstances, Juventus intends to spread his pay and bonuses across a longer contract.
The Serie A heavyweights may also agree to add a release provision in the striker’s new contract, according to Calciomercato.com.
This season, Vlahovic has four goals in eight appearances. In a €80 million transfer, he joined the Old Lady from Fiorentina in 2022.
